Hello BCPVA members and guests,

Please join us for an exciting evening on Tuesday, April 25, 2017. As a reminder – our new meeting date is the 4th Tuesday of each month!

We’ll be at the Community Living Society, located on the 7th floor of 713 Columbia Street in New Westminster (Columbia & Begbie, beside Waves coffee shop).

Please remember, networking will begin at 6:30, and the meeting will formally begin at 7:00 and run until 9:00 with a 15 minute break.

1)   My Climb to 400K Subscribers: Tales from a YouTuber

Do you have questions about getting started on YouTube, growing your subscribers, and racking up views? Greg Lam will discuss his experiences and talk about dealing with commenters, concerns around copyright, how he promotes his channels, and what the money is like.

Greg Lam started making YouTube videos about two years ago as a hobby. He now has two YouTube channels, Life Where I’m From and Life Where I’m From X, and over 400,000 subscribers between them both.

2)    Associate Member Presentations

Prithvi Singh will screen excepts from his recently completed documentary, and Earl Thomas “The Voice” will show samples of his voice over work.

Meeting will end with a 15 minute open discussion.
