BCPVA Meeting – Tues Jan 22 2019 – The Art of Great Client Relations

The Art of Great Client Relations – A Moderated Brainstorming and Group Discussion

So much of building a strong media production company is the act of creating great word of mouth by doing amazing work. But the ‘amazing work’ required isn’t just the media end product, it’s also the act of negotiating the right price, of setting the right expectations, of making sure you are understanding your client, and they are understanding you – It’s all critical to the clients impression of you.  Pricing, contracts, rental costs, delivery timetables, payment, and sometimes non-payment are just some of the many pieces to this side of the business, and we are fortunate that within the BCPVA that the membership and executive have such a depth of experience to support each other. Please join us this month for a moderated brainstorming, and group discussion wherein we cover best practices, and brainstorm solutions for new challenges for even better client relationships in our rapidly developing profession.
