The BCPVA welcomes guests and new members to our monthly meetings.

Video enthusiasts can purchase an annual associate membership for $100, which entitles them to attend the membership meetings, participate in the discussions, and access the association's educational and member video libraries.

Associate members can apply for Professional Membership after 3 months of Associate Membership. Applications cost $100 and must be accompanied by a recent full length commercial, wedding, or special event production, produced for a paying client. The video submissions are reviewed by the BCPVA Executive at the bi-monthly executive meetings and successful applicants will receive Professional Membership status.

Professional members can display the BCPVA logo in their ads and on their web sites ad agree to abide by the Associations Code of Ethics. Professional members are also granted voting privileges at the general membership meetings.

The attendance requirement for professional members is 5/10 meetings and the annual renewal rate is $200.

Vendor Members may also join the Association as Supporting Members upon approval by the executive. Supporting members are companies that provide products and services to our members. Annual membership is $200 and supporting members are encouraged to provide educational seminars at our general membership meetings.

As a professional member, you are allowed to have an entry in each of our videographer listing web pages: Weddings, Corporate and Events. You may update your information yourself by using the following procedures:

1. Log in using this link:

2. Enter your username and password. To complete the login, click the Submit button.
   
3. You will see a list of your businesses and business types. To edit (make changes) to one of your listings, click the business name. This will take you to the update web page. Enter your changes and press the Update Record button. You will be returned to your listing of businesses. To add a new business that is a copy (duplicate) of another of your businesses, click the Duplicate link.
